  • 12/15/2025 - Use approval received in Camden, NJ Brian Seidel, NJPP provided land planning testimony before the City of Camden’s zoning board of adjustment in Camden County, New Jersey obtaining use variance approval to expand the permitted uses at an existing, non-conforming automobile service station to include automobile sales, leasing, and auto body repair in the City’s Central Waterfront Neighborhood Planning District.

  • 11/29/2025 - Adaptive reuse of the Harrisburg Polyclinic Hospital receives approval A proposal for the adaptive reuse to convert the former Harrisburg Polyclinic Hospital to multifamily residential apartments was approved by the Harrisburg City Council. Seidel Planning supported the project  with the development of a parking master plan illustrating how the City’s parking requirements were satisfied, and the location of parking areas intended to serve each of the buildings associated with the multi-building development.
  • 11/13/2025 - Use variance approved in Clementon, NJ Brian Seidel, NJPP, AICP provided land planning testimony to obtain use variance approval allowing the continuation of five (5) mixed-use properties with residential apartments in the White Horse Pike Highway Commercial corridor of Clementon Borough in Camden County, NJ.
