A  balloon test was conducted, and a photographic inventory with simulations prepared to address the potential impact of a proposed development project on neighboring properties, adjacent roadways, and nearby areas of environmental significance as requested by the Pinelands Commission.
  • 10/12/2017 - Seidel Planning & Design crunches the numbers A fiscal impact assessment prepared by Seidel Planning & Design was presented to Phoenixville Borough to assess revenue and expenditures anticipated with the construction of a proposed multi-family community. Land use planning testimony was presented in support of a Planning Board application for a wireless communications facility in the City of Jersey City, Hudson County, NJ. The staff at Seidel Planning traveled west to Penn Township in West Moreland County to present a conditional use and land development application to the Planning Commission of the 1st Class Township. The presentation described the site location, suitability of the property for the intended use, abundance of natural screening, and consistency with zoning regulations for not only the Township, but also the adjacent municipalities resulting in a recommendation of approval from the Board.
