Bells Ring with Approval in Haddon Heights!
Thursday, November 17, 2016
Historic properties, limitations in the town’s land use regulations, and a primarily residential community required a creative solution to improve communications within Haddon Heights Borough, Camden County, NJ. Seidel Planning & Design supported the requested use, height, and setback variances with expert land use planning testimony presented to the town’s zoning board of adjustment. The staff at Seidel Planning supported the application with the preparation of 3D models illustrating the design for a new bell tower on an existing church concealing wireless communications antenna and equipment. The 3D model was incorporated into photographs of the existing building to illustrate the minimal visual impact on the community aiding in the approval of the requested zoning relief.
