A  balloon test was conducted, and a photographic inventory with simulations prepared to address the potential impact of a proposed development project on neighboring properties, adjacent roadways, and nearby areas of environmental significance as requested by the Pinelands Commission.

The staff at Seidel Planning traveled west to Penn Township in West Moreland County to present a conditional use and land development application to the Planning Commission of the 1st Class Township.
