Seidel Planning & Design presented the Twin Oaks Village Neighborhood Enhancement Plan to obtain approval and adoption from the Upper Chichester Township Board of Commissioners. The plan was developed through a series of meetings, interviews, and surveys with the residents as well as the Township staff and professionals to identify potential capital projects and funding sources for community projects in the Delaware County neighborhood.
