Brian Seidel, NJPP attended a virtual meeting with the Clayton Borough Council to discuss opportunities for a mixed-use, infill-development project within the Borough’s Delsea Drive Commercial Corridor. In preparation of the meeting, Seidel Planning & Design prepared a written land use planning assessment to support the request for an amendment to the Borough’s Redevelopment Plan. The report highlighted the substantial positive impact the amendment would have to support the redevelopment & economic development of the Gloucester County community.
