New Jersey Professional Planner Brian E. Seidel, provided land use planning testimony obtaining approval from the City of Newark’s Zoning Board of Adjustment for the addition of wireless communications equipment and antenna on the roof of an existing multi-family building. Testimony was supported with a photographic inventory of the existing building with a scale representation of the proposed antenna to verify the accuracy of photographic simulations illustrating the negligible impact on the surrounding community.
