Seidel Planning supported the project with the development of a parking master plan illustrating how the City’s parking requirements were satisfied, and the location of parking areas intended to serve each of the buildings associated with the multi-building development.

Land planning testimony was provided by Brian Seidel, NJPP to obtain a use variance allowing the construction of a 100-foot tall temporary tower in the City of Englewood, Bergen County, NJ. Mr. Seidel’s testimony was supported by a visual impact assessment & photographic simulations illustrating the minimal visual impact on the surrounding residential community.
