Seidel Planning & Design completed a balloon test & photographic inventory in West Mifflin Borough of Allegheny County, PA. The balloon test was publicly advertised in accordance with the Borough’s zoning regulations. Photographs obtained during the investigation will be utilized to prepare a viewshed
analysis & photographic simulations for presentation in future land use applications.
