A  balloon test was conducted, and a photographic inventory with simulations prepared to address the potential impact of a proposed development project on neighboring properties, adjacent roadways, and nearby areas of environmental significance as requested by the Pinelands Commission.
  • 10/12/2017 - Seidel Planning & Design crunches the numbers A fiscal impact assessment prepared by Seidel Planning & Design was presented to Phoenixville Borough to assess revenue and expenditures anticipated with the construction of a proposed multi-family community. The staff at Seidel Planning traveled west to Penn Township in West Moreland County to present a conditional use and land development application to the Planning Commission of the 1st Class Township.
