  • 11/29/2025 - Adaptive reuse of the Harrisburg Polyclinic Hospital receives approval A proposal for the adaptive reuse to convert the former Harrisburg Polyclinic Hospital to multifamily residential apartments was approved by the Harrisburg City Council. Seidel Planning supported the project  with the development of a parking master plan illustrating how the City’s parking requirements were satisfied, and the location of parking areas intended to serve each of the buildings associated with the multi-building development.
