    Land use planning testimony from Brian Seidel, NJPP, AICP was presented to the City of Newark’s Zoning Board of Adjustment in support of ‘C’ & ‘D’ variances. Exhibits were presented including photographic simulations illustrating the extent of the development project in a prominent location within the city resulting in approval of the application.
