The land planners at Seidel Planning & Design assisted the staff of a Delaware County municipality with the development of zoning regulations to provide a mixed-use commercial zoning district. Highlights of Mr. Seidel’s testimony were that despite the required variances, the application was consistent with the Future Land Use of the property identified within the Township’s comprehensive plan to obtain the approval.

12/13/2018 - Balloon test conducted in the Laurel Highlands of PA!
The staff at Seidel Planning & Design visited western Pennsylvania to conduct a visual impact assessment for apotential cell tower. After returning to the office, the staff prepared graphic exhibits illustrating the potential view of various tower design alternatives for consideration by the property owner, the developer, and the municipality.
